6 TIPS FOR SUPER FAST FAT LOSS

TIP 1

Drink more water

Water is the basis for every single chemical reaction that takes place in your body, including the burning of fat, it is totally essential to life. 

It has no Kcal at all !

Top tip - drink it as cold as you can, as cold water burns even more Kcal because your body has to heat it up to use it! 

TIP 2

Eat more Fruit and vegetables

The fibre in fruit and veggies digests slowly and helps you feel fully for longer so it is much easier to reduce calories without feeling deprived.

They also helps give you, your daily intake of vitamins and minerals. 

TIP 3

Get up and move - don't just sit there.
Be active, use the stairs at work not the lift. Try a Fit Bit, and get your 10k steppes in everyday. Walk the dog. Park as far away from the superstore as possible when you are shopping.
Never sit when you can stand. Little changes like this add up over weeks and months.

 

TIP 4

Try to reduct your stress levels.

Stress can make you gain belly fat by triggering the adrenal glands to produce a chemical called cortisol (some times called the also stress hormone). Research has showed that high cortisol levels increase appetite and cause abdominal fat to be stored. 

To help reduce fat and specifically belly fat, try  stress busting actinides, Yoga or meditation are two great examples. 

TIP 5

Can you get more restful sleep ?


Sleep is vitally important for many different aspects of your health, including fat loss. Scientific Studies have shown that a lack of sleep causes people to gain more belly at.

A recent study in more than 65, 000 people showed that that those who slept less five hours per night were significantly more likely to gain fat than those who slept seven hours or more. But remember its quality and well and quanity when it comes to sleep. 

TIP 6

Do resistance exercise

Resistance training  (or strength training, the same thing) , is important for preserving and muscle tissue.

This healthy tissue increases your metabolic rate, so you are quite literally burning fat while you are not exercising ! 

Many  studies show that strength training helps  people with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease, resistance training is hugely beneficial for strengthening bones.
